I only have a handful of these.
 
I cover mine with shade cloth and keep them in filtered light (and treat them as I do my lettuce seedlings) to extend their growing--and my enjoyment--season.
 
I will try growing these again in mid-summer to see if I can't coordinate their growth with my tomato harvest for fresh, fall salsa.
